Company Overview
Experience I have been in
cabinetmaking my entire life. Starting from a Vocational
High School in Tampa Florida, I began working in a 55,000 sq ft
shop and spent 15 years with that AWI company until the owner
retired. I have worked in every aspect of the business at
some time. In the early 90's when Automation started
taking off, we built our first automated production line along
with automated software and have been doing it ever since.
Goals: When I built my first
line, there was absolutely no resource for information to help
me. Installation techs were around for two days then
disappeared, leaving us to fend for ourselves. When I started
this work, I made it my mission statement to help my fellow
cabinetmakers in any way that I could, to save them money and
help protect them from deception within the industry. I am
simply a compliment to the service and support provided by
Microvellum. Food For Thought:
Have you spent time, evaluating your product flow through your
shop? If you have, ask yourself, have you given the same
consideration to your information flow in the office?
Often overlooked, there can be considerable savings in both lean
thinking and value engineering in the front office.
New Teammates I would
like to welcome the recent additions to the team, all
experienced Microvellum techs trainers and designers. Our
services page has expanded and we now offer more help than ever.
